    August 2025 Employee of the Month - Foot

    Meet Foot. Foot is a newcomer to the farm, but he always makes sure to stop by and grab some food. He’s still finding his place on the farm, but we are always happy to see him when he is shows up.

    Foot is currently a bit of an independent contractor for our farm. He does not have any specific task, but he checks in frequently in an attempt to maintain the farm’s status quo. He makes it a point to check out all of our spaces at the farm to ensure there are no uninvited guests. His face is always a welcome one and we are glad to have him.

    September 2025 Employee of the Month - Bob

    This is Bob’s second Employee of the Month award now, making him the first two-time winner!

    Over the past couple months, Bob has challenged his limits and become familiar with the lands surrounding our farm. Now he is able to navigate the surrounding area and escort us to our grow building for our morning meetings. Thanks to Bob’s continued efforts, we feel safer and have the benefits of our Chief Happiness Officer when traveling between home and farm.
