    September 2025 Employee of the Month - Bob

    This is Bob’s second Employee of the Month award now, making him the first two-time winner!

    Over the past couple months, Bob has challenged his limits and become familiar with the lands surrounding our farm. Now he is able to navigate the surrounding area and escort us to our grow building for our morning meetings. Thanks to Bob’s continued efforts, we feel safer and have the benefits of our Chief Happiness Officer when traveling between home and farm.

    October 2025 Employee of the Month - Foot

    Welcome back, Foot. He’s now the second two-time winner of the Employee of the Month award.

    This month, Foot has become even more integrated with us and the business. He shows up for almost every morning meeting alongside Bob and makes the day much more cheerful. His vigilant eye and familiarity with the area make him a very reliable employee, even if he squabbles with his feline coworkers from time to time. Foot is dedicated to his work and we gladly grant him October's Employee of the Month award for it.
